Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented CPA to join our Tax Preparation team. This role is vital to our vision of delivering measurable results, one client at a time. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in preparing federal and state tax returns and will understand how their work fits into the larger organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide business advisory services to promote client growth and success.
- Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Review tax forms for compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Prepare financial reports for investors.
- Ensure accuracy in customer accounts and reporting.
- Research tax laws to optimize client returns.
Requirements:
- CPA License (Required).
- 4 to 7 years of experience in tax preparation.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year.
