Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented CPA to join our Tax Preparation team. This role is vital to our vision of delivering measurable results, one client at a time. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in preparing federal and state tax returns and will understand how their work fits into the larger organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

Provide business advisory services to promote client growth and success.
Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses.
Review tax forms for compliance with all relevant regulations.
Prepare financial reports for investors.
Ensure accuracy in customer accounts and reporting.
Research tax laws to optimize client returns.

Requirements:

CPA License (Required).
4 to 7 years of experience in tax preparation.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year.
